RO Inc. was founded in 2012 but has been doing construction for over 14 years. The company is headquartered in Homer Glen, Illinois. We are currently proud to be providing a variety of home services to commercial and residential properties to help clients meet their needs and achieve their goals regarding their entire lifecycle of project properties in the entire Midwest region. We have a full staffed office including project managers, contractor crews, and in-house general contractors.

We understand how vulnerable a property is while vacant and undergoing the foreclosure process. Our professionals are trained to properly retain documentation, including photographs, secure and quickly perform FHA and REO services as well as post sale convey maintenance. We can provide a very thorough property assessment report with bids using XactPRM. With that assessment we can then preform any large repairs needed even a demo and rebuild of a property.

Our goal is to create a mutual trust between ourselves, clients and client interests by researching and identifying not only project property specific issues but also long-term target market trends and patterns.
