We developed a dynamic email strategy which allows the customer to choose their favorite Fuddruckers menu item. Based on this selection, the email followups are tailored to feature that item more prominently. Our model is also collecting birthday information to send out special birthday offers.
In addition, an e-coupon sign up page using a free milkshake as an incentive was created to capture addresses and customer profiles.
Our solution also included a comprehensive advertising program with the primary focus of driving customers to provide their email address and personal information. We have also developed an ongoing refer a friend initiative to build a viral marketing campaign.
Results:
The store has already benefited from implementation of this program. In just the first few weeks, the email list has rapidly grown with continued signup and in-store redemption resulting in increased sales and volume.
